Barr, who had the shortest term of any secretary of the treasury &ndash; serving just 1 month during the last days of President Lyndon B. Johnson&rsquo;s administration. Barr was replaced when President Nixon took office. Due to Barr&rsquo;s short term, his signature appeared only on Series 1963B $1 Notes. 

The Series 1963B $1 note offered here was issued for the New York Federal Reserve Bank, indicated by the large &ldquo;B&rdquo; on the face. Plus, your note features a star next to the serial number, indicating it was a note released to replace one damaged during production.
