401(K) Retirement Savings Plan

employee owners can contribute to a 401(K) with a company match of 100% up to 6%.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

We became employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) on January 1, 2017. The LCC ESOP is an additional benefit to the company’s optional 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan.

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays

11 Days Annually up to 2 Years
16 Days Annually from 2 to 6 Years
21 Days Annually from 6 to 10 Years
26 Days Annually after 10 Years
8 Paid Holidays per year for full-time employee owners: New Year’s Day; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day plus the day after; Christmas Day (plus the day before or after as determined by Management, and posted).

Volunteering

Up to 8 hours of paid Community Service is available to each employee owner annually, to be used at a non-profit organization of their choice.

Also by choice is participation in our Community Service Committee. Members get involved in a variety of local support efforts such as the Kamik 5K Race, Spring Roadside Clean-Up, Project Homebound, plus collecting donations for food pantries and animal shelters.

Education and Learning

We offer tuition reimbursement for up to $2,500 per year towards an accredited college or university course.

We also sponsor opportunities for relevant learning and training, plus development of numismatic knowledge.

Each year, we award scholarships to children of employee owners. Included are 2 in honor of company co-founder Fannie Sundman for graduating high school seniors who display exemplary character, integrity and a commitment to community service.

Awards

Annually, we honor a Quality Employee of the Year, recommended by management.

We also honor the employee whose Suggestion of the Year is selected from those submitted annually to a program dedicated to making Littleton Coin a more effective and profitable company.
