Sales Tax Information

Effective January 1, 2019, we are required by law to collect and remit sales tax for all states as outlined in the chart below. Since taxable categories vary by state, please see the table below for a summary of states and taxable categories. Please note many states also require sales tax to be collected on shipping and handling charges. This change is the result of a June 2018 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that gave states the authority to require retailers to collect and remit sales tax.

For your convenience, all orders placed over the phone, via our website, or mail orders paid by credit card will have the appropriate sales tax calculated for you and applied at that time. For orders placed through the mail and paid by check, please calculate and include the appropriate tax.

This list is subject to change at any time. Please refer back to this page for the most up-to-date information, including any recent addition of states.
